For Residential Package:
- Firstly, to make any cancellation request, must be done a minimum of 30 days notice.
- Next, a minimum of RM500 will be imposed as termination charges on service termination within contract period as stipulated in the Terms & Conditions accompanying the subscription of the Service(s).
- If your subscriptions within contract period, we will call you to arrange for the retrieval of your Broadband termination Unit (BTU), router and DECT phone (if any).
- Refunds will be process in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) through bank transfer.
- Refunds will be process within 90 days from the final bill date and made payable to the account owner (if applicable).

For Business Package:
