Allo Broadband Service Termination
For Residential Package:
- A minimum of 30 days notice is required for any cancellation request.
- A minimum of RM500 will be imposed as termination charges on service termination within contract period as stipulated in the Terms & Conditions accompanying the subscription of the Service(s).
- If your subscriptions within contract period, we will call you to arrange for the retrieval of your Broadband termination Unit (BTU), router and DECT phone (if any).
- Refunds will be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) via bank transfer.
- Refunds will be processed within 90 days from the final bill date and made payable to the account owner (if applicable).
