How to check Maxis Fibre coverage of new address?
First, visit here to check if your new address is within coverage for your Maxis Fibre.
If your new address is within coverage, to request for relocation, just walk-in to any Maxis Store. On the installation day, please bring along your modem to new installation address; RM200 may be applicable for new modem.
Next, if your new address is not within our coverage area, bring along your modem and walk into your nearest Maxis Centre to terminate your fibre service. Early termination fee is applicable if your existing Maxis Fibre service and home devices are still within contract.
Can I retain the existing VOIP number at my new address?
What will happen to my fibre commitment period and home device contract after service relocation?
Your fibre commitment period and active device contracts (if any) will continue on your new fibre service.
What is the contract period?
There is a 24-month contract period starting from the subscription date, not the delivery date. Device remaining balance will be charged if any of the following occurs during the contract period:
- Termination before contract ends
- Transfer ownership
- Relocation to non-serviceable address
- Downgrade from original Fibre or Home 4G WiFi entry plan
- Cease to be a Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Fibre or Maxis Unlimited Postpaid & Home 4G WiFi subscriber
